The Sinclair Building Serviced Apartments, offers a varied range of apartments to suit every need.

Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 2448hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite Hours are between 22.00 and 09.00.
